Children are very inquisitive and love asking lots of questions. Sometimes it probably seems like they will never stop asking questions. The word “Why?” can be a complete sentence on it’s own for a child.
So how can we take these sometimes frustrating moments and turn them into an exploring adventure of learning?
The next time you are asked, “Why?” simply say, “I don’t know, let’s figure it out together”, and watch the journey begin. You can empower your little one to research and explore all their questions, while you see the answers unfold right in front of their eyes.
Enjoy this journey together.

Love this tip! So important to empower children early, in learning how to learn. Plants the seeds for self-directed learning and builds confidence in one’s ability to figure out the unknown.
