The effective date of this Children's Online Privacy Policy (the "Children's Policy") is January 15, 2013.

With reference to our general Online Privacy Statement, Miss Humblebee's Academy recognizes the need to provide additional privacy protections to children under the age of 13.

We are required by law to inform you, the caregivers and legal guardians, about if and how we may collect, use, and disclose personal information submitted by your children under the age of 13. 

Please take a few minutes to review this Children's Policy before using www.Miss Humblebee.com (the "Site").  By using the Site, you are consenting to any collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as set forth here.  If you do not agree with this Children's Policy, please do not use the Site or enroll your child in the Site's educational activities.

Please also note that this Children's Policy may change.  We reserve the right to update or modify this Children's Policy at any time by posting the revised version of this Children's Policy behind the link marked “Children's Online Privacy Policy” at the bottom of each page of the Site.

Does Miss Humblebee's Academy Collect Any Personal Information From My Child?

No.  Miss Humblebee's Academy does not collect any personal information from your child.  Your child's submission of any "fill in the blank" test answers should be limited to answering the questions at hand.  For example, if the question is, “In today’s story, what color was Miss Humblebee’s coat?” The answer called for may be “purple.”  If your child types, “red” a message will come up such as, “Oops, sorry, try again!”  We do not ask for your child's name, email address, physical address or any other personal information directly from your child.  If, for some reason, your child enters any such personal information, Miss Humblebee's Academy will use reasonable measures to delete such personal information before it is made public and from all internal records.

Does Miss Humblebee's Academy Collect Any Personal Information About My Child From Me?

Yes.  Miss Humblebee's Academy does collect certain personal information from you about your child in the context of registration for paid enrollments to the Site.  Such personal information includes the name, address and age of your child.  Please know that Miss Humblebee's Academy uses reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of any personal information you may submit to us.  We do not collect any information about your child than is reasonably necessary for your child to participate in Site activities.

What If Miss Humblebee's Academy Decides to Collect Personal Information from My Child In The Future?

Please be assured that we will obtain verifiable caregiver consent from you before collecting any personal information from your child under the age of 13.  Miss Humblebee's Academy will also provide you with the choice of consenting to our collection and use of your child's information for internal purposes but prohibiting us from disclosing that information to third parties for other purposes.

You will have the right to access your child's personal information and to review and/or modify and delete such information.
