The effective date of this Privacy Statement (the "Policy") is January 15, 2013.
Protecting your privacy, and more importantly the privacy of your children is very important to Miss Humblebee's Academy. Please take a few minutes to review the Policy before using www.misshumblebee.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information as set forth here. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or enroll your child in the Site's educational activities.

If you choose to create an account on our site(s) as a registered user, this Policy applies to you. The Policy also applies to anyone browsing the Site "anonymously" by not creating an account or signing in. This Policy is part of the Terms of Use for the Site.

"Personal Information" refers to information that we collect from you (the caregiver or legal guardian) that identifies you or your child personally, alone or in combination with other information available to us. Examples of Personal Information that we collect from you include your and/or your child's name, address, email address, age and/or information as prompted by any Site registration forms. We will also collect payment information, typically, credit card account information. Enrollment fees may be processed through a third party payment processor.

Miss Humblebee's Academy collects Personal Information you knowingly and voluntarily provide for proper use of this Site. For example, we collect the Personal Information you submit when you register with this Site and/or contact us with questions.

We may share Personal Information collected through this Site with third-party vendors who act for or on behalf of Miss Humblebee's Academy. For example, we may share Personal Information with companies that provide credit card verification services and Web hosting services. These third-party vendors may need information about you to perform their functions.
We do not share with, or sell to third party advertisers any Personal Information.

We may contemplate, for strategic or other reasons, selling, buying, merging, or otherwise reorganizing our business. We will only access, collect, record, organize, use, or disclose (collectively, Process) Student Data collected through the Services as described in our agreement(s) with the applicable Educational Institution and this Privacy Policy. We will Process the data consistent with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, FERPA.

We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information as described in any Privacy Notice posted on the Web page where you provide that information. By providing your Personal Information on that Web page, you will be consenting to the disclosure of your Personal Information as described in that Privacy Notice.

As noted above, you have choices about the delivery of cookies to your computer through this Site.
